Cancellation Policy
- For submissions that are not presented, even if payment has been made, no certificate will be given.
- In case of cancellation, application must be made in writing to iacmc@zu.edu.jo. There will be no refund for participants who do not attend the conference.
- If you cannot attend the meeting, a substitute delegate may be appointed at no additional cost. However, the original participant should write a letter to the Organizing Committee.
Please send “RECEIPT OF PAYMENT” with your “FULL NAME” to the E-mail address “iacmc@zu.edu.jo” after transferring money.
- Presentations with multiple authors will receive a certificate of attendance that includes the title of their abstracts and only the presenter will receive a certificate of presentation.
- If the author wants to participate in more than one work in the conference in which he is the presenter of these works, then full fees for the first research will be paid, and half the fees for the others.
- The deadline to pay the registration fee is April 15- 2025.
